Dive into our craft supplies - or bring your own - and let your creativity run wild in this open crafting session on the second Tuesday of each month from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. If you want some guidance or directions for a specific project, we can do that too. If there is interest, we will have Creative Space DIY more frequently in the future.
On Wednesday, Feb. 20 at 6:30 p.m., a representative from Insight Human Services, a nonprofit group that promotes prescription drug safety, will speak about the ways that you can prevent opioid misuse by loved ones. Free and open to the public; no registration is required. The new Paddison Memorial Branch Library in Kernersville is located at 248 Harmon Ln.
February is Black History Month. This year's theme is Black Migrations. Join us as we present programs throughout the month that focus on this important theme as well as other programs and activities that celebrate the accomplishments and contributions of African Americans to society.
