Vote for Innovation Quarter as a Great Place!
Wake Forest Innovation Quarter has become home to several thousand people engaged in scientific research, product development, advanced education and workforce development. This reinvention of four former tobacco factories in a National Register Historic District by developer Wexford Science & Technology is using historic tax credits to leverage nearly $350 million in investment and transform one million square feet of empty buildings into a work-live-learn-play environment.
