How to Handle, Prepare, and Cook Meat
Workshops will be the first Thursday of the month from September through December from 9 a.m. until 12 p.m. at the Davidson County Extension Office (301 E. Center St., Lexington). You must pre-register for this series online. You can register for one session or as many sessions as you want. The cost is $20 per session or $60 for the series. Registration is not complete until payment is received.
- September 6 - Chicken
- October 4 - Pork
- November 1 - Other Poultry (Turkey, duck, Cornish hens)
- December 6 - Beef
