As the Fiscal Manager for the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office, Mr. Hunsucker works diligently to allocate and manage the funds necessary to meet agency goals and directives. Mr. Hunsucker identifies and manages funding sources including annual budgeted funds, Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) funds along with state and federal grants. Mr. Hunsucker does an excellent job of completing the monthly and annual reports required for the DEA and grant funds that allows the agency to continue the use and benefit of the funds. Mr. Hunsucker recently managed and coordinated the Annual Budget Development process while continuing with other daily tasks. Mr. Hunsucker consolidated all expense and revenue budget requests, along with current year spending and revenue estimates for an annual budget in excess of $58 million dollars. Mr. Hunsucker is very conscientious and desires to do the best job possible in identifying and managing the funding necessary for this agency.
